Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't have asked for a better location to explore Brisbane and the Queensland tourist spots. The hotel offered wireless internet and parking, although the room had some minor issues with cleanliness upon early arrival, like stained throw cushions.
Staying at the hotel was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond, making our experience very pleasant. The location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation and amenities. While the dining options were enjoyable, there were minor issues. Overall, a great choice with excellent value for money.
The apartment was very roomy with very good facilities for 4 nights. It is in a lovely part of Brisbane next to the river and was comfortable with a great view. The staff were very helpful and friendly, but there was room for improvement in basic maintenance and customer service. The location is fantastic once you figure out transportation, very quiet and central to the city with great cafes and restaurants nearby. The dining experience overlooking the river and under the Story Bridge was enjoyable with small meals available.
